During Phoebe’s rehearsal dinner for the wedding, her wedding planner Monica, makes her fire her; but leading up to the day without Monica, she struggles to organize the wedding, and as she rehires Monica, a freak blizzard halts the wedding. Meanwhile, as Ross and Chandler aren’t in the original wedding, they compete for the position of groomsmen, but as the blizzard subsides, positions are created for both Ross and Chandler, and Phoebe gets the wedding of her dreams.
